It’s Episode 7 and our BMX Zero to Hero is only a couple of weeks away from his BMX racing debut at the UCI BMX World Champs in Birmingham.
In this episode we see Eddie talk us through the stages of a BMX race on the track at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester and we see how he gets on racing in training.
He also answers some of your questions from Facebook and Twitter about the problems he’s overcome, how he’s feeling about the big race at the NIA itself and what BMX might have in store for him after the Birmingham BMX World Champs.

About the Event
The UCI BMX World Championships is the biggest annual prize in BMX racing with the worlds best riders chasing the right to wear the coveted rainbow stripes for the following 12 months. The event is also the last event in which nations can secure valuable qualification points as they strive to earn their place at the London Olympics in 2012. The event takes place in the Birmingham's NIA between 24th and 27th May 2012.
